This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our practices regarding cancellations and refunds for digital training courses ("Courses") purchased through https://cypia.pro (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital content and your right to cancel

Our Courses are digital content delivered online, not physical goods. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.

However, because our Courses provide immediate access to digital content, this 14-day right to cancel ends as soon as you begin accessing or downloading the Course, provided that:

  • You expressly requested immediate access to the Course at checkout; and
  • You acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.

You confirm both of these when completing your purchase. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded any part of a Course, you may request to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

2. Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded any Course content (see Section 1).
  • You experience a technical fault that prevents you from accessing the Course, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time after being notified.
  • The Course is materially different from its description on the Site.
  • You were charged in error or were subject to a duplicate charge.

Refunds are generally not available where you have substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed a Course, or where the request is based on personal preference (e.g. you found the content too basic/advanced) after significant access, except where required by law.

3. How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and the reason for your request:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment processor (e.g. Stripe and/or PayPal), within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Order cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if, for example, we identify a pricing error, suspect fraudulent activity, or are unable to provide access to a Course for reasons outside our control. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

6. Your statutory rights

This Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. This Policy was last updated on 18 August 2026.
