These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://cypia.pro (the "Site") and any digital training courses, content, or services purchased through it (the "Courses"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase Courses or create an account on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account registration

To purchase and access Courses, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@cypia.pro if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Courses and licence

All Courses are digital products delivered online. When you purchase a Course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Course for your own individual learning purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page (e.g. "lifetime access"), access is provided for the period stated at checkout.

You may not, and may not permit others to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share your account or Course materials with any third party.
  • Download, record, or extract video, audio, or text content except where a download feature is expressly provided for personal use.
  • Use the Courses for any commercial training or resale purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices for Courses are shown on the Site in the currency displayed at checkout (e.g. EUR/GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) (e.g. Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Access and delivery

Courses are digital content delivered electronically. Following successful payment, you will typically receive access to your Course instantly via your account dashboard and/or a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address and have a compatible device and internet connection to access the Courses.

7. Right to cancel and refunds

Because Courses are supplied as digital content, under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your statutory 14-day right to cancel is lost once you begin accessing or downloading the Course, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel by doing so (which you confirm at checkout).

Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details of when refunds may be available.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the Courses — including video, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is owned by or licensed to CYPIA LIMITED and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in Section 4, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Courses for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that disrupts the Site.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

10. Disclaimer

Our Courses are provided for general educational and training purposes only. While we take care to ensure Course content is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, qualification, or certification from completing a Course, and Courses do not constitute professional, financial, accounting, or legal advice. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYPIA LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Courses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Course. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Courses, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Site or Course content. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Third-party links

The Site or Courses may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. These Terms were last updated on 18 August 2026. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
